Barista / Console Operator 

In this dual role, you’ll excel in both coffee making and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently serve great coffee swiftly while delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Position Vacancy:

• casual position
• shift times: 5am -12pm
• shifts per week: 4-5 shifts
• shifts offered: Monday through to Sunday
• weekday rates: $35.18/hour weekday (Ages 20+)
• weekend rates: $45.89/hour weekend (Ages 20+) junior rates apply < 20

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to a high standard.
• Keep coffee machines and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Operate the console to process fuel and in-store transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the shop and forecourt.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working as a barista in a coffee shop, cafe, or similar establishment.
• Experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.
