About Us
We’re excited to be launching our new East Ballina site under The Station Grocer brand. While the store will temporarily close for renovations soon, successful applicants will be trained at our other locations so they are fully prepared when the new site re-opens.
Shifts will range:
- 5am – 11am
- 11am – 5pm
- 5pm – 10pm
Pay Rates (Age 20+)
- Weekdays: $35.18/hour
- Weekends: $45.89/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages to brand standards.
- Deliver warm, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Operate fuel and retail point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, equipment, and service areas.
- Follow food safety, cash-handling, and workplace procedures.
- Support the wider team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience in a retail environment (preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with early morning and weekend shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn across both cafe and console operations.
