Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: $35.18/hour (Ages 20+) — junior rates apply under 20
- Weekends: $45.89/hour (Ages 20+) — junior rates apply under 20
About the Role
As a Console Operator at The Station Grocer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visit is a positive one. You’ll be responsible for console operations, assisting customers with fuel purchases, processing transactions, and keeping the site running smoothly.
We trade 365 days a year, so this role requires availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the console system to process fuel transactions accurately.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with accuracy.
- Monitor pumps, uphold safety standards, and maintain site cleanliness.

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Consistent weekly availability (including weekends and public holidays).
