Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers and ensure a smooth start to the day.
Position Vacancy:
Casual position
Shift times: 4:30am – 11:00am (opening shifts)
Shifts per week: 2-3 shifts
Includes weekends
Weekday rate: $35.18/hour (Ages 20+) – junior rates apply under 20
Weekend rate: $45.89/hour (Ages 20+) – junior rates apply under 20
Key Responsibilities:
Open the store and prepare the site for trade each morning
Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel and retail transactions
Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide assistance as needed
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the shop and forecourt areas
Monitor fuel pumps and safety conditions during early trade
Assist with stock rotation, coffee, and food displays where required
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic (early starts essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Current RSA (or willingness to complete the online training)
Positive attitude and commitment to a team-oriented culture
