Location: Lennox Head | 3–4 Shifts/Week | Great Team Vibe | $35.18–$45.89/hr

Love customer interaction and staying busy on the job? We’re on the lookout for a reliable and friendly Console Operator to join our team at The Station Grocer in Lennox Head. You’ll be the face of our store – helping customers, handling transactions, and keeping things running smoothly behind the console.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate the fuel console system quickly and accurately
• Greet customers and assist with purchases and questions
• Process transactions with care (cash, EFTPOS, and electronic)
• Monitor fuel pumps, keeping the forecourt clean and safe
• Refill shelves, rotate stock, and keep displays neat and tidy
• Receive deliveries and help with stock unpacking and organisation
• Support with inventory checks and back-of-house tasks

Hours & Pay

• Casual role – 3-4 shifts per week
• Shifts:
• 6:00am – 12:00pm
• 12:00pm – 6:00pm
• Includes weekends
• Pay (Ages 20+):
• Weekdays: $35.18/hr
• Weekends: $45.89/hr

What we’re looking for

• Experience in retail, stock, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
• Great communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and accurate with transactions
• Comfortable doing light physical tasks like lifting stock or boxes
• Able to work weekends
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
