Console Operator (Closing Shift)

Location: Ballina

Casual position

Shifts from 12pm to 9pm, 3pm-9pm for store closing
2-4 shifts per week
Every Saturday or Sunday
Solo position from 5pm
Hourly wage of $33.99 on weekdays (for individuals aged 20+)
Hourly wage of $44.34 on weekends (for individuals aged 20+)
Minimum age requirement of 18+ for solo work after 7pm, as per the award

About You:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Prior experience in a customer-focused role
Proficient in operating and reconciling tills
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills
Team player
Neat and presentable appearance
Reliable and available for work

Your Role:

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
Process accurate payments for fuel, food, and other products
Assist with restocking shelves, inventory management, and general store maintenance tasks
