Barista / Customer Service

If you love early starts, you’re experienced in making great coffee and looking to work with a fun team, our Lennox Head team is wanting you!

• 5am starts
• 4-5 shifts / week including weekends
• average 30 hours per week
• $32.76/hour weekday (Age 20+)
• $42.76/hour weekend (Age 20+)

About You

• Solid previous coffee making experience in a busy environment
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills

Your Role

• Greet customers as they enter
• Operate the console (process payments: cash and credit card)
• Help set up the store for the day’s trade
• Take orders and prepare hot and cold beverages
• Prepare and serve food: cakes, pastries, muffins, pies and breakfast offer
• Maintain a clean barista area and equipment
• Maintain a safe workspace, abide by workplace health & safety policies & procedures
