Barista / Customer Service

If you’re experienced in making great coffee and looking to work with a fun team, our Wollongbar team is wanting you!

• 4.30am -11am
• 2-3 shifts / week including rotating weekends
• great pay rates
• $32.76/hour weekday (Age 20+)
• $42.76/hour weekend (Age 20+)

About You

· Solid previous coffee making experience in a busy environment

· Exceptional customer service

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational skills

Your Role

· Greet customers as they enter

· Operate the console (process payments: cash, credit card, digital payment methods)

· Help set up the store for the day’s trade

· Take orders and prepare hot and cold beverages

· Prepare and serve food: cakes, pastries, muffins, pies and breakfast offer

· Maintain a clean barista area and equipment

· Maintain a safe workspace, abide by workplace health & safety policies & procedures
