Console Operator (Mornings)

We are seeking a reliable and customer-service-driven Customer Service Attendant to join our retail fuel team. This role suits someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works accurately and efficiently, and understands the importance of consistency and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position Details

• Employment type: Casual
• Shift times: 6am-12pm Saturday and Sunday, 11am-5pm weekday
• Availability: Early starts and weekend availability required
• Eligibility: current RSA certificate, or willing to obtain on commencement

Pay Rates (20+)

• Weekday: $35.18 per hour
• Weekend: $45.89 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver confident, professional customer service at the fuel console.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, including fuel and retail transactions.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions in line with company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the console, forecourt, and retail areas.
• Follow safety, security, and workplace procedures at all times.
• Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
