Warehouse Florist – High Volume Flower Production

• Rate: $35.18/hour weekdays

We’re looking for someone who loves flowers — but thrives in a production-style, fast-paced environment rather than a traditional florist shop. This role sits in our purpose-built flower room at Lennox Head, where you’ll be preparing high-volume floral arrangements for distribution across our fuel station sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receive incoming deliveries of flowers and supplies, inspecting them for quality and freshness.
• Prepare floral arrangements according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every arrangement.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including proper storage and handling of floral inventory.
• Effectively collaborate within a team while also showing initiative to complete tasks as needed. It’s essential for individuals to be capable of working independently, without the need for constant direction.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfil orders efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices for handling and disposing of floral materials.
• Conduct business site visits and pick up deliveries from local flower suppliers

What You Need

• Valid unrestricted drivers licence (company vehicle provided where required)
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for arranging flowers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Genuine passion for flowers and the ability to work with them in various arrangements.
• Previous floral experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexible availability

Additional Info

The flower room operates Monday to Friday year-round.
Most shifts fall between 8am–5pm, but three peak events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) require longer hours and higher-volume production.
