Kitchen Crew / Sandwich Hand

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic early riser who loves working with food to join us at our Goonellabah location.

• 4.30am starts
• 5-6 hour shifts
• 2-3 shifts / week including rotating weekends
• $32.76/hour weekday (Age 20+)
• $42.74/hour weekend (Age 20+)

About You

· Kitchen experience

· Customer service experience

· Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently

· Team player

· Manual dexterity and a good sense of taste

· Care in the presentation of prepared food

· Well presented appearance

· Reliable and available to work early starts and weekends

Your Role

· Complete all food prep (slicing vegetables / meats)

· Assemble the food menu (breakfast offer, rolls, wraps and baguettes)

· Display prepared food in display fridges/ovens

· Offer consistency and a high food standard

· Receive and process payments for petrol, food, other goods

· Maintain food safety and hygiene practices when handling or preparing food

· Maintain a clean and tidy store (including forecourt), stock shelves and rotate stock

· Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to store standards
