Kitchen Crew / Console Operator

We are currently hiring a versatile individual to join our team as a Kitchen Crew and Console Operator at our Lennox Head location. In this role, you will be responsible for both kitchen duties and operating the console, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

· 5am starts

· 4-5 shifts per week, includes weekend shifts

· $32.76/hour weekday (Age 20+)

· $42.74/hour weekend (Age 20+)

About You

• Previous customer service / kitchen experience
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player 
• Attention to detail in presenting prepared food
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Reliable and available for early shifts and weekends

Your role

• Process payments for petrol, food, and other goods
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment according to store standards
• Prepare food items by slicing vegetables and meats
• Assemble a variety of breakfast options, rolls, wraps, and baguettes
• Display prepared food in fridges and ovens
• Maintain consistency and uphold high food quality standards
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols while handling and preparing food
