Store Manager

We are currently in search of a Store Manager, collaborating closely with our lead Store Manager to ensure the efficient management of all store operations.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in fast paced environments, posses effective operational and management skills, and demonstrates strong leadership abilities.

The Manager’s role is accountable for managing the daily operations of our convenience store and fuel business, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading and developing a team of employees.

Responsibilities: 

• A hands-on approach to managing and overseeing all aspects of the business’ daily operations, including customer service, inventory management, and safety and security procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Leading and developing a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Fostering a positive work environment and culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability
• Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Managing financial performance, including controlling expenses and maximizing revenue opportunities

Requirements:

•  At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar managerial position within the retail sector, or a fast paced cafe/restaurant setting
• Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team of employees
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and suppliers
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and maximize revenue opportunities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop, innovative and provide practical solutions to complex issues
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Position Details: 

Competitive salary $60-$70 (based on experience)

Full time position Hours: 40 hours/week

Monday to Friday 5am-1pm
