Console Operator (Close Shift)

Location: Ballina

  • Casual position
  • Shifts from 5pm to 9pm for store closing
  • Five shifts per week
  • Weekend work on rotation
  • Hourly wage of $30.98 on weekdays (for individuals aged 20+)
  • Hourly wage of $40.42 on weekends (for individuals aged 20+)
  • Minimum age requirement of 18+ for solo work after 7pm, as per the award
About You:
  • Hardworking and possess a positive and friendly attitude
  • Prior experience in a customer-focused role
  • Proficient in operating and reconciling tills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Team player
  • Neat and presentable appearance
  • Reliable and available for work
Your Role:
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
  • Process payments for fuel, food, and other products
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene practices while handling and preparing food
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and shelves, and rotate stock
